I don't think there are a lot of differences, but maybe some.
I'd say the probability of it being her is quite high.

I'm not trying to be stubborn or anything, but honestly I can't logically deduce it could be anybody else. Again, not an argument, and you're right, Rick - I can't say this for sure. Much respect.
Is there any chance that this is her and a prop that is actually not used in the film? If that's the case, let the wild speculation begin!

Do we know why some of them are different sizes?
I remember in some of the shots in Prometheus when David was bagging one of the urns to take back and examine that a couple of them were smaller than the rest.

Really disappointed, I thought it was a technogy of engineers who created biomechanics. But no.
It is david who creates his own xenomorphs by genetically deforming them by a strange process.
And do experiments on the body of Shaw, for what purpose? While he had the area to reconcile at the end of Prometheus.
Shaw may be dead during the ship's crash? And David wants to give him life again (out of love)?
Looks like this is the head of Helen Ripley !!
