The obsession with alien beings cannot be understated, humans have been obsessed with extraterrestrial beings since the beginning of time. Many people have also claimed to have spotted UFOs or even claimed to have been abducted by so-called aliens. Is this true? Who knows? Aliens also feature quite a bit in popular culture, think E.T, Roswell, and more. But while we will go on the assumption that aliens do not exist let’s look at some of the games with the best alien characters you can treat yourself to. Games like Battlefield also have exciting characters that you can enjoy more with hacks by clicking on https://aimclub.io/battlefield-2042-hacks-cheats-aimbot/.

The Halo series

Ask any gamer and they will tell you they know at least one thing about the Halo series. The alien in this series is called the Covenant. This diverse range of species is heavily militaristic and worships an extinct race called the Forerunners. What’s wild about the Covenant is the fact that they are dead set on destroying the humans to appease their Gods. Here are the Covenant species in the Halo series:

  • Grunts (Unggoy)
  • Drones (Yanme’e)
  • Jackals (Kig-Yar)
  • Engineers (Huragok)
  • Hunters (Mgalekgolo)
  • Brutes (Jirahanae)
  • Elites (Sangheili)
  • Prophets (San’Shyuum)

The Halo series has also been turned into a TV series.

Oddworld Series

Probably one of the better-known alien game series featuring the slave race Mudokons who became enslaved by the Glukkons because of their passive attitudes. The most popular Mudokon and the series’ main protagonist, Abe (remember Abe’s Oddysee) is cute but lazy, don’t let that fool you. Abe does eventually escape and becomes the savior of his species. And while the Mudokons are passive aliens and practically allow the Glukkons to enslave them, they can, possess other creatures and turn themselves into formidable fighters. The Oddworld series is a two-dimensional game where players oversee Abe. You control Abe, solve puzzles, and navigate obstacles while avoiding enemies all while trying to save Abe’s species. Some of the alien species in the game include:

  • Sligs
  • Slogs
  • Scrabs
  • Paramites
  • Bats

Ratchet and Clank

While the Ratchet and Clank franchise was and continues to be enjoyed by both adults and children alike, the games do feature some cute but fierce aliens. The game follows the adventures of Ratchet, a feline humanoid species known as a Lombax, and Ratchet is a mechanic. Then you get Clank, a sentient Zoni detective robot. The pair travel through the universe saving the inhabitants from the forces of evil. The Lombax species is a humanoid species that is found on the planet Fastoon which is in the Polaris Galaxy. Lombax are widely known throughout the galaxy for their mechanical and technological ingenuity - they come equipped with a range of gadgets. Lombax are also cat-like and have large rectangular feet. While these little creatures might be technologically advanced, they are also skilled fighters as it is listed as one of their natural abilities.

Some inventions by the Lombax:

  • The alpha disruptor
  • The cryomine glove
  • The dimensionator
  • Praetorian ominwrench
  • Hoverboots
  • Double-ended wrenches
  • Trillium armor

Vehicles:

  • Nuclear powered rocket sled
  • Gyro cycle
  • Lombax starfighter
  • Aphelion
  • Lombax starship

Prey

Prey follows a space race in the future, and players get to play with Morgan Yu who explores the space station Talos I which is in orbit around Earth-Moon. Morgan and his team are researching the Typhon, which is a hostile alien force. The Typhon has various powers and can change its form. Some of their powers include psychics such as shapeshifting into an inanimate object, scary! The Typhon can’t be contained for too long and players are expected to fend off the aliens using a variety of weapons while trying to escape the space station Talos I. Typhon are formed from a shiny grey-black substance which allows them to shapeshift into different states such as solid, liquid and even gas. The fact that Typhons can change their state makes them extremely durable.

Here are some of the Typhon types:

  • Apex
  • Cystoid
  • Mimic (Greater, Etheric, Thermal, and Voltaic)
  • Moon shark
  • Nightmare
  • Phantom (Etheric, Thermal, and Voltaic)
  • Poltergeist
  • Technopath
  • Telepath
  • Tentacle nest
  • Weaver

Did you know?

  • Typhon is the name of a monster from Greek Mythology and is considered the father of monsters. It is believed the Typhon fought Zeus for control of the universe.
