Not a troll, but cannot duplicate 100% of time.
I was looking at the clips on the Alien facebook page. In between clips I found one that didn't appear to be listed and looks like some weird bloody mess.
Iit plays between the art contest preview vid and the next, but it doesn't seem to play every time.

The creature does indeed have 6 digits,its also very skinny and has white skin.
It could be blood test footage with the Neomorph breaking out of the womb.

it is curled up but on the next frame before it cuts out it opens up and i thought it looked like a 6 fingered large hand.
now we have this, perhaps some link in there somewhere.

I work in CG and this to me looks like it is made to be projected on the inside of a sphere to make a wrap around image...a bit like looking at a 360 image. Could be a VR test or something but it certainly looks looks like it's made to wrap to me. Interesting.

Its a body of an adult neomorph or babyhead that trying to hold his victims sholders. Look carefully. We can see his body and legs. (Legs have more joints than normal neomorphs or xenos) The sticky white skin.Or maybe it is a bursting cheastbuster of a neomorph. Like every comment that everyone is talking about.
