Firstly can I extend my greetings and say what a wonderful place this is. I've been a lurker since pre-Prometheus days (this being my first post), and have spent many many happy hours reading the excellent and imaginative discussions that everyone here passionately engages in. Superb to say the least, and often thoroughly entertaining what with the banter between regular posters. Great stuff.
But onto topic... Having looked at the [leaked] picture of the Neomorphs in the design studio many times over the past few months I had always considered it to be a photo of a variant of designs, one of which perhaps may make it into the film. I've just realised tonight that I've been looking at the photograph from the wrong angle and what it actually does seem to show is just one neomorph in four stages of its growth - baby, child, teen, and adult. We've seen the baby about to back-burst using its pointed head in the first trailer, and we've seen what appears to be the child version on the attack in the second trailer. I'm wondering now... might AC provide a single-shot of the growth of a neomorph from baby to adult, using CG to morph (no pun intended) it all together seamlessly? Or will we just see the four designs above but in seperate shots, leaving it up to us as the viewer to imagine the growth/changes? Must admit - the growth of a xeno from chest-burster to big chap is something I've always wanted to see. Hoping AC or its successors may finally show something of this nature.
"Is that a question Sir?"
I will assume we would see at least 3 Stages maybe 4 to the Neomorph
As for the Prop leaks, maybe these are and will be shown as previous experiments or they may not appear and are merely just Concept Designs that go unused.
