@BigDave ...I just want AC to feature lots of scenes in David and Shaw's Juggernaut...I'm hoping those scenes don't get cut...
Mine are:
1- BLADE RUNNER
2- ALIEN
3- THE DUELISTS
4- THELMA & LOUISE
5- LEGEND
6- SOMEONE TO WATCH OVER ME
1.Blade Runner (The The directors cut)2.Alien. 3.Prometheus 4.Gladiator 5. American Gangster 6. Kingdom of Heaven.I've only seen The Martian once and liked it but didn't love it.I might change my mind when I see it again.
Nothing the God of biomechanics wouldn't let you in heaven for
1. Prometheus
2. Alien
3. The Counselor
4. Hannibal
5. Blade Runner
6. Gladiator
Hannibal doesn't get enough love. It's macabre but done with zen-like beauty.
1. Gladiator
2. Alien
3.blade runner director's cut
4.matchstick men
5.legend
6.the Martian...But prometheus could go about here for its visuals / feel and attempt at a really huge subject that I love and have been waiting for for years. The down side being the stupidity and plot holes / muddled nature of it.
"It's almost as if they are making it up as they go along" :D
1. Alien
2. The Counselor (completely misunderstood work of cinematic art + Fassbender + Bardem!)
3. Hannibal (discarded just because Jodie Foster turned it down? Really? Brilliant cinematography and brutal as only Sir Ridley could make it)
4. Prometheus (again, misunderstood, more value therefore)
5. Gladiator (solid quality; could place Gods and Kings or Kingdom of Heaven here too)
6. Blade Runner (adolescent memories)
7. (can I?) Thelma and Louise
I am sure Covenant will climb up that chart soon enouth
