It's definitely the Philips logo. Being a multi-billion (if not trillion) dollar company they no doubt was an investor in the movie.

It is the Philips logo. They supplied all the monitors used in the production.

@Kethol
Nice capture! Philips definitely. Where's this from?

@Kethol, yes good one, indeed. Philips without a doubt, as I suspected it might be. Much better than the image I photographed with my phone camera!
@I Moon Girl, the reason I asked was because I find it interesting how product placement gets into RS movies. I gather the Atari logo is quite prominent in the upcoming Blade Runner movie. Nice to know that Philips has a rosy future. Having said that, Pan Am suffered a terrible fate after appearing in Blade Runner.
When they're looking at the planet details on the Covenant's monitors, the above screen also contains juicy information like galactic coordinates, and the characteristics of the planet's star. Too fuzzy for me to see - I'd be grateful if someone with a 4K copy can get a screen grab.
Minor annoyance with iTunes Player: Apple are so tough on copy protection they don't allow you to make screen grabs any more. Very tedious.
