Ingeniero very interesting, as all your posts. The mermaid's purse drawing looks very similar to the eggs.
This movie has a lot of hidden treasures, you need to dig thoroughly and keep the magnifying glass at hand. Real detective work.
Thank you again for your passionate treasure hunting, Ingeniero.
"He survived, he’s now in Disneyland in Orlando, and no way am I going back there. How did he end up in Disneyland? I saw him in Disneyland, Jesus Christ!"

i thought that title was the most hilarious spam i ever seen ;)
i had to click, glad i did ingenerio you on some next level **** with this stuff you come with. amazing man thank you ;)
Take This.... This is the blood of our lord

Very interesting! I wish the bluray would come out here already, I'm sick of waiting ha

@ Ingeniero - This is another very thoughtful post to add to your contributions to this site! I have found Mermaid cases on the beach & always found them extremely interesting. They are not the most risk-free way way to reproduce so David, it seems, is only helping them increase there chances to survive. He is nurturing them!!

I know sherris, I had to search "Mermaids purse alien covenant" first to see if anyone wrote about it.
My pleasure daliens, Cerulean Blue, Space JOC, sosse and you're all most welcome.

Cerulean Blue, do you think that David 8 could have a Mermaid's Purse inside himself that housed the facehugger eggs?

This print is up for sale. I was intrigued by it, but I didn't spot it actually being a 'screen-used' drawing the last time I saw the movie. It looks slightly different to the ones that appear in the movie.

@Ingeniero - I was wondering how he had those Face-Hugger embryos in his stomach? You know, we are still not definitely certain he is not Walter, after all? ;)

I wonder what he means in his notes when he says "...although like many species on this planet, the phyla seem more indistinct and the life forms more adaptable. Despite being based in an ancient and robust core code."

I saw that too drucea regarding the "an ancient and robust core code" and assumed this was David 8 referring to the genome or the "radical A.I." mentioned when describing what black goo is.
This is with the assumption that the mermaid's purse in the drawings is a mutated form from the mutagen applied to a local indigenous (Paradise) mermaid's purse.
