Suspense has passed since projected ship date. Anyone else have this issue? Read below. Yeah that's my real ****ing name as if the NSA and everyone else doesn't already know. I will give it up with good intentions for record if anyone else out there is getting screwed. I will take it all back if the Co makes good:
I apologize for being an ******* but July 26 has come and gone. I received no update on my order and was told I would receive tracking info by 27 July. . I will call my bank Friday if I receive no shipping confirmation and stop payment on my order. I will also notify Scified.com that you failed to deliver and I will recommend all members do as I will do while acknowledging your website.

Hi Dave,
I found the issue.
You ordered the boxes on June 26.
The original cut off for the first shipment was June 16th and those boxes are currently in delivery.
Our next order of Alien Covenant Boxes arrives on July 26th and we will begin delivering immediately upon receipt. They are ready to be labelled and shipped.
You will be sent an order confirmation and tracking number when your boxes are shipped, most likely the 27th.
Depending on where you are located it could take from 5 to 10 days tops to get to you.
Let me know if you have any other questions.
Best,
Peter

This is the best way to contact. I set up an account on the USPS site and it shows nothing is being sent.

dk,
I see on the USPS site that your Alien Covenant Box was delivered yesterday.
Did you receive it?
What do you think?
Best,
Peter

Unfortunately, I may need to recoup my payment since I have not received no tracking information by 07 July as an email stated I would.

Hi dk,
The Alien Covenant Boxes are staged for shipping out tomorrow. You will be receiving a shipping confirmation e mail along with your tracking number to monitor the progress to your home in Spokane. (One of my favorite places. Especially at this time of year.)
If you have any other questions or concerns, please reach out to me.
I’m here to help.
Best,
Peter

how stupid am I, this made absolutely no sense to me till I realised about 2 thirds of the way down I was reading the conversation backwards from top to bottom duh hahaha so r u going to hang on till they send u it or have u made up ur mind for a refund? whats meant to be in it anyway?

ali81 Sorry-You have to read email trails in reverse order. My intent is to call my bank by Friday if I receive no tracking. My records show I was billed and I paid for the product. The emails show the rest. Fairly tight do***entation. I have plans for that stuff to benefit this forum. So much for planning- I paid and have not received. I will fight this and it is my fight alone. I am just hoping no other members are going through this crap.

yea I get the order for emails it just took me a second to say to myself 'why am I not getting this' before I had to slap myself on the head hahaha fingers crossed it gets sorted out quickly for u

It sounds like they are trying to do the right thing. I'd give 'em a little more time on it.
BUT, they should not have billed you until they shipped it. That was wrong.

I wanted to order the A-Box, but I really only wanted the hat and the Facehugger...

Davefried81 Agree- and a cool t shirt is always nice. I don't care about the patches and other stuff.

I hope its not a Scam.....
I wonder if it is... if Peter is doing THIS right now..
R.I.P Sox 01/01/2006 - 11/10/2017

they aren't a scam, I've had some dealings with them, they sent me a box to "unbox" on my channel, the products inside the alien box are of a super high quality. however, I won't be having any further dealings with the company, due to some bits and pieces of information and actions etc.
I hope you get your box though, it really is worth it just for the facehugger alone.

Yes, that is definitely the main event! They don't answer my emails anymore. Just need to keep on it and build an email trail.

genuinely sorry to hear you are having that trouble with them.
if I had any contact details to pass on to you I would, fingers crossed you get it resolved and enjoy the hugger soon :)

Yes I am having an issue also. I was sent a tracking number, it shows:

Hi Michael,
The Alien Covenant Boxes were processed by the Post Office’s largest private contractor (Pitney Bowes) who processes over 15 billion parcels a year for the USPS.
We choose them because of their track record, but we have had our challenges with delays on our first boxes.
The Alien Boxes left California on the Pitney Bowes trucks enroute to the regional Post Offices for scanning and processing last week.
I’m sorry that your box may miss your nephew’s birthday. Where we have had visibility to events, we have expedited shipments when possible.
I’ve asked the VP at Pitney to see if he could locate your box and know I’ll hear back from him one way or the other this morning.
I’ll let you know and hope for a positive outcome.
Peter
So today is the 9th and no response since. So I agree this is probably bogus.
