Unique space stations, amazing vehicles, asteroids, futuristic space suits, enigmatic spaceship wrecks… I would like to see them in my new favourite Alien chapter. I want something exclusive, something special and breathtaking… I think I’m not the only one.

Dear Ridley Scott, please look at these works and ideas and use them:

Razer Space Station by Maxim Revin:

Red Cloud Asteroid Mining Station by Paolo Puggioni:

Derelict 2 by Peter Elson:

Concept art by RD7:

Spaceships by J.C Park:

Painting from the seventies by Les Edwards:

Painting from the seventies by Peter Andrew Jones - my big favourite:

That is a brilliant collection of concept art Ati!!!

I love the Razer Space Station by Maxim Revin.

I hope Ridley Scott does take that next step with the grandeur and scope of his designs. Prometheus and Covenant had some gorgeous visuals eg, Planet 4's ion storms, the covenant Solar Sail, David's bombardment of the engineers. But both films restricted themselves to a small snapshot of somewhat similar primordial planets.

Go super-massive Ridley!!

IRaptus - Thank you, I'm glad you like them. You're agreed, we need something big in the last Alien prequel.

'Go super-massive Ridley!!' - Yes! :D

I'm currently working on a fan-fiction idea to greatly build upon the Engineer civilisation (in an exciting way), the alien mythos, and to go super-massive.....I will reveal it very shortly ;)

Code named: Omega Terminus

I am going to agree with this idea.  Hopefully we'll get enough people to type their agreement and maybe someone might actually be able to do something.  I mean, we do have a thread called "Submit your questions for Ridley Scott..."  I would totally LOVE IT if an upcoming Alien movie had a concept like one of the ones listed.  The Razer Space Station is my favorite along with Red Cloud Asteroid Mining Station.  The first spaceship by J.C. Park inspires me.  Thanks for posting these pictures!

I think it would be interesting to see some Epic Space Sets/CGI like these, and maybe we will do in a future movie, or maybe in part for a small portion of the next movie.

I think a lot of the movie will revolve around the Covenant Ship for sure, and then it depends what Origae-6 is like, i would assume its a UN-populated place but who knows, i do doubt it would have already been heavily colonized by a Technically Advanced Race.  Not as far as having Space Stations

But with a few players coming into action, i think we cant rule out a few Space Station type settings and a few different Space Ships as far as scenes showing maybe some of these Groups planning/departing for their Mission to intercept the Covenant or head to Origae-6

The Les Edwards pic is amazing especially considering the age of it.

It is about time alien had some large scale designs. I would like more tech from "The Elders" the "Teardrop" ship returning would be great. If we build on that and get to see "The Elders" living on a space station instead of a planet as we expect. Being more technological and organicly lead rather than being a race which denounces possessions for Faith and live in a religious based haven not using tech in their everyday lives.

Could be a little twist which encourages even larger scale tech not really seen in the Franchise yet.

Take This.... This is the blood of our lord

I Moon Girl/BigDave/IRaptus/sherris - Thank you for your comments and ideas, I'm happy that you agree with me. Of course, I know that the next movie needs a remarkably good story, no surprise, but its visual features are very important as well.

We need more! For instance, the Scorpion Mothership is awesome, OK, but showing/seeing it for five seconds is not enough! We want more exciting visual characteristics to appear in our Alien Universe.

Does it take much more money? Ah, yes, give Scott more, and the movie will bring back much-much more.

Great collection of concept art again Ati.

I love the painting from the seventies by Peter Andrew Jones too. It reminds me of the classic Lost in Space episodes.

I agree with BigDave on the need for more epic space sequences. The one thing I look forward to is seeing the reaction of the Engineers when investigating what happened on Paradise.

The Engineers may be able to activate the hologram playback and see everything that happened with David 8 and the Covenant crew on the planet surface. There was a panel similar to the juggernaut panel Dr. Shaw operated in the hologram in the temple described in the novelization.

"Beside the door, set into the wall, was the prominent hemispherical bulge of a control not unlike those that dominated the console of the pilot's chair in the ship's navigation room. When David traced a pattern over it, the slightly translucent surface came to life."

Alien: Covenant novelization, page 234

What do the Engineers do when they discover the planet wiped clean and investigate the happenings of the android squatter who took their ship full of urns from LV-223 and then recites poetry when melting Engineer cosmopolitans with black goo on Paradise?

I assume the Engineers are disappointed in David 8's actions and do something about it.

'Disappointed' is a very tame way of putting it I'd wager. :)

Ingeniero - Thank you!

'I love the painting from the seventies by Peter Andrew Jones too. It reminds me of the classic Lost in Space episodes.'

I love that painting! I would be happy to see the same in an Alien movie, traditional robots made by the Engineers' creators would be a good idea in my opinion.

And yeah, 'disappointed', in Ingeniero style... :D
