David or not David - (Dilemma)

Should he continue in the next films or should not?, that is the question. What do you think?

The problem is:

a) Too many Eggs in everywhere.

b) David is the everywhere...

c) David is in charge of everything. No Jockeys, no Xeno, no Engineers, Kill them all! But what does he leave us? I Wonder.

david makes for a great antagonist in the series with a probable attempt at redemption at some point. the trouble is the whole saga is focusing solely on what he is doing. keep david but loosen his role and give the engineers their time

I think this is the reason we got what we got...

RS/FOX felt in hindsight a lot of Fans was not happy with the directions Prometheus had taken us, which was that Giant Humanoids created Mankind and the Xenomorph and these beings are what Ancient Mankind interpeted all our Gods in Mythos, Religon and Culture and Shaw and David are off for Answers.... 

When actually not Spoon Feeding the Eggs and how/why/when or showing Xenomorphs and also not giving us a Spoon Fed Space Jockey Story/Answers

So they decided on a U-Turn... tone down Engineers and Shaw connections... bring in the Aliens..

But i am sure RS was very impressed with David's character and felt this was the Shining Light of Prometheus and so they decided to have him play a MORE IMPORTANT role for the next few Movies.

They have gone with a New Curve-ball and i hope they continue it but make a few changes.... so i would say yes we have to see more DAVID

And NO... we dont need to see more Ripley.. but i fear we will have to see her to make $$$$$$

Unfortunately we are stuck with "I-Robot/Maximilian" for at least another movie or so...or until there are no more humanoids for him to experiment on...

The 2000 colonists on board Covenant will take some time..

the only interesting part of covenant was the end and the thought of what horrible fate awaits the sleeping colonists. poor bastards, better their asleep and probably wont ever know what will happen to them

I think that they should keep him but don't make him the center of the movie. We need other enemies also and last but not least there is a need for relatable human characters.
