Chris and BigDave are shock shelled. PTSD after viewing I fear.

Besides resting and taking it all in, he is probably doing a diligent job.

I got a hold of him earlier.  There is a huge review coming but it takes time to do it proper without giving anything away.  Granted a bunch of us want spoilers and a bunch of us don't.  You have to give in to those who don't for proper respect to the benefit of all.  He'll be back around a bit.  Keep in mind we all have full time jobs as well.

clovenberg2 I am sure Chris does not need to read other reviews to form an opinion. He is a fan, so I am positive that even if Alien: Covenant was universally acclaimed, he would still point out the issues he has with the film. He already did, in fact. As for Bigdave, I don't think he watched it yet.

CB2 - Dave is a moderator and not a staff member.  I don't think he went to the Global release of AC in London.  I was going to go but couldn't get my passport renewed in time.

What's the difference between a moderator and a staff member? I'm not active on many forums unfortunately.

Do the mods point things out to the staff and you guys enforce the rules?

In a nutshell: Moderators help with posts, things like spam. Staff are higher up, do more, have more permissions on site. Admins are the creators and heads of the site basically. Admins oversee and coordinate everything here.  scified.com/members/staff

Admin: Myself, Gavin and Chris. 

Staff: Rick and GMan

Everyone else is a Moderator. 

Also, only Chris was invited and went to the premiere, no one else on site has seen the movie. 

I actually haven't read any of the other reviews yet, haha. I was preparing my review for most of my time, but I also have been lurking, unable to comment on a lot of theories since I know what happens in the film now. I'm giving everyone a 2 week grace period before I begin openly discussing spoilers haha.

Think everyone needs to go and see it and judge for themselves.  I do know everthing that happens, but i pass my judgment maybe after the USA release.
