MemberPraetorianMay-06-2017 5:24 PMBuildings of the LV-426 settlement in Aliens and some parts of the Covenant ship look very similar.
Of course I do not claim that the Covenant ship modules in question will be used on LV-426 some decades later. I just find it exciting that these items are so close to each other concerning design.

MemberChestbursterMay-06-2017 5:34 PMIndeed a striking resemblance.
Eine Theorie die nicht auf Etwas solidem basiert ist für gewöhnlich nur Geschwätz.

MemberDeaconMay-06-2017 6:08 PMThey look similar but this could be just how the company transports its Modules intended to be habituated across the Galaxy.
Time will tell if the Covenant becomes the Hadleys Hope Outpost but i cant see how they can show this is what happens and yet Alien Covenant events as of 2104 also lead directly to the Space Jockey in Alien.
It has to be one or the other, i fail to see how both could be explored.
But indeed ATI nice catch they do look similar.

MemberOvomorphMay-07-2017 1:22 PMYeah good spot.
Could be a standard design for certain Weyland structures, similar to how you can tell when two neighbouring towns have been designed by the same town planner, they'll look almost identical to nearby towns planned differently.

MemberOvomorphMay-20-2017 6:35 PMYea nice catch there.Been looking to make a ship in the game Space Engineers that is made up of the colony modules.
***POSSIBLE SPOILER BELOW***
Since the covenant wasn't heading to Acheron/LV-426 nor the nameless paradise, the space jockey has yet to be setup along with the warning beacon (Alien 79). Definitely not an engineer as they attempted to wipe out earth so no warning would be given. In fact it would probably be more of an invite lols.
