So ever since I've been getting my Alien/Giger tattoos done i've been even more intrested in H.R. Giger's artwork and just didn't realize how dark and sexual his work really was. I rented a couple books from the library and have read a lot about his work and have skimmed through a lot of his images. Mechanical Sperm and huge canvas's of penis's entering vaginas. lol. Just to name a few. Anyways I came across a lot of his work from Alien 3 and found this really cool full sculpture piece of the Alien he wanted to see in Alien 3. [img][/img] As far as the tattoos go my Artist finished the Alien head just a few weeks ago and we are now working on the space jockey from the first film. There looking all very nice.

Thanx for sharing RC8! That is a fantastic sculpt! I saw it on a Giger documentary not so long ago. I believe it is called Necronom 2013.

The poster was good though!

They move that sculpture all around the Giger Museum, when I went it was outside the building above the door. I have seen images of it on the walls inside the museum too. Here is a video of Giger talking about that design, the "Puma/Erotic" Alien 3 concept, and how FOX never used it: Giger, Alien 3 Giger used a lot of the unused concepts from "Alien3" in the movie "Species", specifically the Alien's tongue would "kiss" and kill it's victims by blowing out the victims skull.

Here it is on YT link here...

The poster was good though!

It's "would HAVE" looked like! "WOULD HAVE!!!" If you are going to try to be a writer, learn how the English language works. They're called contractions. The contraction would've is a mix of the word "would" and the word "have". See how that works? Go back to your old high school and smack your English teacher.

LOL. Who are you, the grammar police?

The poster was good though!

Community ExecutiveMemberOvomorphOct-13-2013 5:09 PM
ugh.. I didn't know this site was made to learn grammar.. Do you have something to tell about the amazing Xeno that Ripley Clone kindly is showing us?? because instead to act b***y, why you don't go to pm him to advice to him how to use the english. (which I advice to you to do in the best way posible since this is a global site and we belong to diferent corners of the world and believe me we do our best using our second or third language here). aaanyway.. @Necromon, thanks for the vid. @ Rypley Clone 8, again! ^^ don't forget post pics of any of your future tattos.

That's the best looking of all the xenos. Pity they never used it. Giger has a museum that's about his art ?? I wonder whose idea it was to bring giger into alien ? Ridley's ??? That was a master stroke .

AdminPraetorianOct-13-2013 8:25 PM
@squabmeat; That's really uncalled for, get over yourself. [IMG][/IMG]

Thanks for posting RC8, that was such a beautiful streamlined design.

*Sigh* Just another reminder of how great Alien 3 could have been!

Thanks for the links Svanya and Necro! :)

Oduodu- it was Dan O'Bannon who first introduced Ridley & Fox to Gigers Necronomicon. :)

Well, it still almost looks exactly the same. As scary and demonic as it always was. (Now what do we got??)But why is it so thin? Does it have anorexia? I remember having nightmares about this creep and I have a pretty vivid imagination...I think. Damn him!
You don\\\'t see them fucking each other over for a goddamn percentage!

careful there @squabmeat. We don't tolerate insults of any kind and I must say, YOU HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THIS SITE IS ABOUT, WHY WE LIKE IT HERE OR WHY WE ARE SO PASSIONATE HERE IF YOU ARE WILLING TO TALK TO OTHERS IN THAT WAY. Be advised, it is in your best interest to treat others with respect in this forum.

They mean business too we all have our goofs and mistakes.

The Anunnaki were on the earth in those days--and also afterward--when the sons of God went to the daughters of humans and had children by them. They were the heroes of old, mighty men of high reno

MemberOvomorphOct-15-2013 2:45 PM
I don't find what Squabmeat said to be insulting. Glib? Probably. Possibly said with humor we were expected to get? Maybe? Consider the possible result: Someone, and it could have been me, might have learned a valuable grammatical lesson. Wasn't it Count Dracula who once said "There are far worse things.......than having your grammar corrected!"? But if I could get serious, just for a moment: Let's say you're hosting an important business party in your swanky high-rise apartment and you've just walked out of the bathroom with a great big giant trail of toilet paper stuck to your shoe. Of course, you don't want someone to yell "Hey Dummy! You have toilet paper on your shoe!" but if they do, you can slay the fearsome toilet paper and live to host, another day. That which doesn't kill you, makes you stronger.

You know what they say, " Would of, Could of, Should of" That probably applies to the Super Face Hugger and not killing of Hicks too, but hey, that is what we got (notice the lack of the contraction that's and it still works just fine :) )

MemberOvomorphOct-16-2013 8:40 PM
This design is much better than what we saw in the film, Shame...

MemberOvomorphOct-16-2013 10:27 PM
perhaps I was harsh...we've the past and thus I ='m touchy at times.

@Svanya.. yuhuu hot babes! @Bss-- something called manners, use it is for free, and you can easily offer it in a public site, including this forum.. easy as that, so there is no excuse to do the oposite. @ Shambs.. what u said man.

"@Bss-- something called manners, use it is for free, and you can easily offer it in a public site, including this forum.. easy as that, so there is no excuse to do the oposite." Does this mean something? I don't get it.

I love this design. The guys from ADI and the producers totally ripped Giger off. The worst thing is that they left out the difficult and brilliant parts like the double jointed claws, the seductive lips and the finess of the body. Giger originally planned finger like moving biomechanic fingers to flute beneith the transparent cowl. It also had valves which made strange noices when the Alien ran and air moved throughthem. Brilliant!
