-This thread contains spoilers for Aliens: Dark Descent.-
Towards the end of the game, inside the underground Engineer facility, this monstrosity makes it appearance.
A Xenomorph spawned from the Space jockey/Engineer.
Some character quotes:
"So... This used to live in that city?"
"Probably... See it's chest? This was a host for one of those creatures."
"There you are. I suppose you've met the owners of these premises? There's so much we could learn from them, just by walking those galleries..."
Damn it, I shouldn't have looked but I wanted to post something new on the Alien Forums
Are you really sure those are the engineers/space jockeys? 'Cause they don't look anything like 'em and they ain't got no legs. So, that creature we see at the end of the campaign also doesn't have legs, which makes me think it ain't the engineers. Some folks might argue it's the space jockey, but since Ridley Scott shot down that idea, I wouldn't be too confident about it.
It looks interesting, I wonder what that orange thing is?
Its secondary jaws
The creature is apparently referred as the "Titan Xenomorph".
And the "Space Jockeys" on the wall as the "Ancients".
Some really nice concepts of the "Ancient city"
Nice to see Giger's Egg Silos

Just shared some of his concept art to the homepage but this thread contains even better coverage of the Titan Alien so I’ll be front paging this thread to give it more exposure. Great work keeping us up to date on new artwork releases Nebula!
Thanks to Nebula for sharing this
