After eliminate him david acted as walter and reach to covenant. But how does he changed his hair colour in such limited time. As evryone can see walters hair is black and davids is blonde.

I mean ok he can cut his own hand and wear walters clothes but how haircolor?

Or he just taken of his cpu and replace to walters body? But to do that he need 3th person there he is not able to do it alone.

I'm pretty convinced that David's programming is now in Walter's body.  Also, the android that's aboard the Covenant at the end of the movie is missing the wound in his chin that David suffered.  But, Sir Ridley really changes things between movies, so who knows what will come of this.

But if he upload his programming to walters body somehow, he do that after elimitate walter so that body should be useles anyhow.

And for transfer his own mind hawe to take it off from his body first or hawe to make contact which will make him lost control of his body and make it impossible to move and transfer his mind to walters body.

Im out of english ill try to explain when i reload.

"Im out of english ill try to explain when i reload." Lol

Well, we did see a scene where David was able to deactivate Walter temporarily, by hitting him in a specific point of his body. This leads me to believe he has enough knowledge on androids that after killing Walter, it's simply safe to assume David was able to transfer his "programming" into Walter's body.

Answering the "how does hé change his hair colour?" question: his hair colour is brown. He coloured his hair (blonde) during the prometheus mission. Maybe he stole Wickers' shampoo and hair colour gel ;)

Anyways, im also on that opinion, David uses Walter's body, his programming runs in Walter now (eg. thats why you cant see that scar/wound that Daniels made).

As esther85 mentions.... in Prometheus David was dying his hair Blonde while it was already Blonde, so he was coloring his Roots..

These Synthetics must thus have Hair Growth, which is proven in Alien Covenant as David's Hair has grown and he has Brown Roots.. and he simply cut off his Blonde Locks
