I came across a couple photos on Instagram today dubbed Giger's Temptress. The piece is not linked to Alien: Covenant as far as I know but it was interesting to see, considering there's a growing consensus among fans here that indicate Shaw's fate will be unveiled as having been fused with biomechanical Engineer technology. Could Shaw end up looking something like this? Let me know what you think of this growing theory and these designs below.

The overall aesthetic does mimic that of the Engineers we witnessed in Prometheus. Fitting that this piece would be a direct reference to the late H. R. Giger.

It would sure be a twist, and would raise questions on what made david do it.

I'm hyperventilating.

Wow, now wouldn't that just be absolutely perfect. Female Engy-being, Shaw hybrid, H.R tribute???

Fantastic sculpt whatever the source.

Rapace and this Temptress both have unusually high cheek bones.

Awesome! Would fit with the theory that David is infatuated with Shaw too. Bit of Cybernetic-Biomechanical love..

Makes me think about Giger's body paint work for Debbie Harry

Chris- I so hope you are correct!

This is what I expected would happen to Shaw, but with more religious undertones, David as Adam, Shaw will be Eve, then you have the planet being referred to as Paradise, and a ship of couples like the ark.

And the idea of being a 'Mother' has been pretty prevalent through the series, so Shaw effectively being the mother of the Xenos would be perfect.

I think it depends if he does indeed do something to her and how.

The Temptress does look very much Bio-Mechanical and i think it depends how he infects her if he does, so this look is possible.

Another Alternative is what would the Black Goo on its own do?

I would assume similar to this Failed Ripley Clone from Alien R

Or some of Huantes work

Or even a Female version of this
