MemberOvomorphOct-13-2013 10:36 AMSo ever since I've been getting my Alien/Giger tattoos done i've been even more intrested in H.R. Giger's artwork and just didn't realize how dark and sexual his work really was. I rented a couple books from the library and have read a lot about his work and have skimmed through a lot of his images. Mechanical Sperm and huge canvas's of penis's entering vaginas. lol. Just to name a few. Anyways I came across a lot of his work from Alien 3 and found this really cool full sculpture piece of the Alien he wanted to see in Alien 3.

As far as the tattoos go my Artist finished the Alien head just a few weeks ago and we are now working on the space jockey from the first film. There looking all very nice.

MemberNeomorphOct-13-2013 1:01 PMThanx for sharing RC8! That is a fantastic sculpt! I saw it on a Giger documentary not so long ago. I believe it is called Necronom 2013.

AdminPraetorianOct-13-2013 2:50 PMThey move that sculpture all around the Giger Museum, when I went it was outside the building above the door. I have seen images of it on the walls inside the museum too.

Giger used a lot of the unused concepts from "Alien3" in the movie "Species", specifically the Alien's tongue would "kiss" and kill it's victims by blowing out the victims skull.

MemberOvomorphOct-13-2013 4:07 PMIt's "would [i]HAVE[/i]" looked like! "WOULD HAVE!!!" If you are going to try to be a writer, learn how the English language works. They're called contractions. The contraction would've is a mix of the word "would" and the word "have". See how that works? Go back to your old high school and smack your English teacher.

because instead to act b***y, why you don't go to pm him to advice to him how to use the english. (which I advice to you to do in the best way posible since this is a global site and we belong to diferent corners of the world and believe me we do our best using our second or third language here).

Consider the possible result: Someone, and it could have been me, might have learned a valuable grammatical lesson. Wasn't it Count Dracula who once said "There are far worse things.......than having your grammar corrected!"?
But if I could get serious, just for a moment: Let's say you're hosting an important business party in your swanky high-rise apartment and you've just walked out of the bathroom with a great big giant trail of toilet paper stuck to your shoe. Of course, you don't want someone to yell "Hey Dummy! You have toilet paper on your shoe!" but if they do, you can slay the fearsome toilet paper and live to host, another day. That which doesn't kill you, makes you stronger.

That probably applies to the Super Face Hugger and not killing of Hicks too, but hey, that is what we got (notice the lack of the contraction that's and it still works just fine :) )

MemberOvomorphAug-24-2014 3:07 AMI love this design. The guys from ADI and the producers totally ripped Giger off. The worst thing is that they left out the difficult and brilliant parts like the double jointed claws, the seductive lips and the finess of the body. Giger originally planned finger like moving biomechanic fingers to flute beneith the transparent cowl. It also had valves which made strange noices when the Alien ran and air moved throughthem. Brilliant!
